Connect With Sedona Vortex Energy

You do not need to go to Sedona to connect with the vortex energy. Here is a meditation that will make the connection for you. Make yourself comfortable, but do not lie down. Either sit or stand. If you are sitting, make sure your feet are on the ground or floor. Close your eyes and take slow deep breaths until you feel relaxed. Ask to be clear on all levels from your physical body to your connection with The Divine. Place your hands on your heart and set your intention to connect with the Sedona vortex energy.

Ask to connect with the energy of the Bell Rock vortex.. The energy will flow to you, entering your energy field through your crown chakra. There is a spiritual healing chamber deep beneath this vortex. Ask to enter it and feel the healing energy in whatever way is best for you. The chamber will personalize itself for your needs. Spend as much time as you need there. 

Ask to connect with the energy of Cathedral Rock vortex. The energy will flow to you, entering through your heart chakra. Ask to connect with the Ancient Ones who once traveled through there. They may appear to you as images or voices. Open yourself to their wisdom. Spend as much time as you need with them. When you are finished, thank them.

Ask to connect with the energy of the Airport Mesa vortex. The energy will flow to you, entering your energy field through your solar plexus. Ask to connect with the spiraling vortex energy. Feel it spreading out in a spiral motion, moving up to your crown, connecting you with God energy and down to your feet, grounding you. Spend as much time as you need in this energetic clearing and connecting process.

When you are ready to move on, ask to connect with the energy of the Boynton Canyon vortex. The energy will flow to you, entering through your abdomen, filling your abdominal region with warm white light, balancing the male and female energies within you. Connect with the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine energies united within you. Spend as much time as you need in this energetic balancing process.

When you are ready to move on, thank the energies of all four vortex areas, Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock, Airport Mesa and Boynton Canyon, for your experience. Ask to peacefully and harmoniously release the vortex energy and slowly remove you hands from your heart.

Take a deep cleansing breath and open your eyes.
