All Are One
From a spiritual perspective, there is a link between all energies. Everyone and everything is interconnected. When broken down, or expanded, everything is composed of the same stuff. Every living creature and every aspect of creation, is made of energy. Particles of moving energy get smaller and smaller. You may not see them, but the energy is there. Scientists have discovered that particles can be in the same place at the same time.
What does this seemingly scientific approach have to do with spirituality? It means that you are part of everything and all are one. Separation comes from your mind. Universal connection comes from your spirit. You share a connection with nature; the trees; the animals; the air; the water; the dirt. You and the earth are made of the same stuff. You share a connection with all other humans, not just as a species. It goes deeper than that to an energetic level. Honoring and recognizing the universal connection, brings into your awareness the sacredness of all life and all creation, as one shared spiritual energy. All are one.
