Your Self Esteem
Take a moment to examine your opinion of yourself. The time may have come to reconsider the way you feel about yourself. Are you allowing other people to influence your self esteem? You may feel other people disregard you or don’t appreciate what you do, or who you are, and you let the opinions of others impact your view of yourself.
The time has come to appreciate the person you are. You create your self esteem. Connect with the fullest expression of your uniqueness. There is only one you. You have a purpose for being here. This purpose belongs only to you. If you are unsure of your purpose, take a break from the expectations of others and go inward. Focus on your spirit. This is your true inner voice. Ask yourself what you want to accomplish and create. You can do it. You already have what you need to create all you want, need and desire. Go within rather than relying on the opinions and expectations of others and society at large. Only you know what is right and good for you. Life is a continuous flow of experiences. Some are pleasant. Some are not. Focus on what you have learned from your challenges and your joys. You grew through all your life experiences, the good, the bad and the ugly, the joyous and unpleasant. They made you who you are. Honor your life process. Give yourself credit for your accomplishments. Forgive your mistakes and learn from your successes. Recognize that you are here for a purpose and will make mistakes and learn lessons along the way. You create your self esteem.
