Release Your Stress With Ease

You can release stress with ease. Try these techniques using just breathing and visualization. Breath of life centering will help you relax and let go of your stress. Do this whenever you feel overwhelmed or notice stress is creeping up on you. Sit or stand in a comfortable position.Take a deep breath in through your nose. Fill your lungs with air. As you are filling your lungs, count slowly from one to seven. Exhale through your mouth. As you exhale, count slowly from one to seven. Pause without breathing and count slowly from one to seven. Take another deep breath, and repeat the sequence seven times.

Another way to release your stress with ease besides focusing on your breathing is visualization. Here are three visualization techniques. For the first technique, place your feet on the floor or ground. Feel that you are connected to the Earth. Concentrate on your stress. Use your mind to create a beam of light that moves from the top of your body down into your feet, and into the ground. Use this beam of light to transport stress out of your body. Send your stress to the center of the earth, where it will be transmuted into love.

Here is the second technique to release your stress with ease. Concentrate on your stress. Identify the situations that are contributing to your stress. Using your mind, create colorful helium balloons on strings. Gently insert separate items that cause you stress into each balloon. When you have collected a balloon bouquet, let it go, and watch your stress float out of sight.

For the third stress reduction technique, start by in your mind, imagining yourself on a high mountaintop. In front of you is a pile of large stones. Each of these stones represents a form of stress in your life. Pick up one stone at a time. Identify which stress it represents. Take one stone at a time to the edge and throw it over. Watch as your stress falls and lands in a puff of dust.

Try these simple techniques and your stress can dissolve away, piece by piece. releasing your stress can be easy if you just open up to trying these different stress reduction techniques.
