Why Learn Reiki? As a Reiki Master Teacher, many people have asked me why learn Reiki. For me the answer is simple. Reiki will improve your life. I have been practicing Reiki for more than two decades, have done Reiki on many people, and have observed how it shifts energies and improves people’s lives. Whatever is going on in your life, Reiki will help you heal. It works on all levels of your being, the physical, mental, emotional, psychological and spiritual. It is also very easy to learn Reiki. In approximately three hours you can become a Reiki Level One Practitioner and use Reiki on yourself and others. I’m not suggesting you become a professional at this stage. I am suggesting your life and potentially the lives of others will be enriched. You can address pain and illness with Reiki and use it as a supplement to any medical issues because Reiki is non-interfering. Reiki helps ease your mind and balance your emotions. It works to assist you in identifying old beliefs, and ways of reacting, that no longer serve you. On a spiritual level Reiki opens you to the unlimited possibilities beyond the physical world, as a spiritual being in human form.
If you have never experienced Reiki, consider getting a Reiki session. For many people it changes their lives. A Reiki session begins to shift them away from their old ways into a new way. You may decide to learn Reiki as a result of experiencing it. That’s where I started. When you learn Reiki, you become more connected to your own life and more in touch with yourself. You play an active role in your personal growth and healing process. All it takes is a minimal investment and about three hours of your time. It is not complicated to learn. I would like to see more people learn Reiki and benefit from the experience.
