How To Identify Your Spiritual Gifts
Every person has spiritual gifts. You just may be unaware of what they are. Spiritual gifts are present from the instant of your birth. They usually grow as you mature, if you allow them to. Many people go through their lives unaware of their spiritual gifts. When you identify your spiritual gifts and use them, you will know how you are contributing to the world in your own way.
Spiritual gifts come in many forms. To identify your spiritual gifts, ask yourself what has attracted you for as long as you remember. Next ask yourself what your strengths are. Are you creative? analytical? empathetic? athletic? funny? loyal? nurturing? observant? Make a list. Then consider what words describe those activities that seem to come natural to you. Also make a list of your skills. What you consider strengths, natural abilities, and skills are actually spiritual gifts. What has always attracted you? What do you love doing so much you lose track of time? Answering these questions and examining your lists, helps you identify your spiritual gifts and use these gifts for the greater good.
