A Technique for Clearing Energy
Here is a a simple technique for clearing energy and improving your life. Working with the support of your angels, you can be free from all that holds you back from peace of mind and perfect health. Use this technique for clearing energy and allow the energies to shift. You may be surprised how things improve.
Start with a deep breath. Call in your angels to work with you. Affirm “I release all fear energy from my body.” Ask the angels to guide the fear energy as it is released and return it to Source energy, where it is transmuted into Universal Love. Affirm “My body functions in balance and harmony with The Loving Universe.” Breathe and be at peace until it feels right to go on.
Affirm “I release all fear energy from my DNA.” Ask the angels to guide the fear energy as it is released and return it to Source energy, where it is transmuted into Universal Love. Affirm “My DNA is in balance and harmony with The Loving Universe.” Breathe and be at peace until it feels right to go on.
Affirm “I peacefully release all fear energy from my mind.” Ask the angels to guide the fear energy as it is released and return it to Source energy, where it is transmuted into Universal Love. Affirm “My thoughts are in balance and harmony with The loving Universe.” Breathe and be at peace until it feels right to go on.
Affirm “I release all fear energy from my emotions.” Ask the angels to guide the fear energy as it is released and return it to Source energy, where it is transmuted into Universal Love. Affirm “My emotions are in balance and harmony with The Loving Universe.” Breathe and be at peace until it feels right to go on.
Affirm “I release all fear energy from all levels of my being.” Ask the angels to guide the fear energy as it is released and return it to Source energy, where it is transmuted into Universal Love. Affirm “All levels of my being are in balance and harmony with The Loving Universe.” Bring in Universal Love through your crown chakra. Feel the Love filling your being. Affirm “I am in perfect balance and harmony with The Loving Universe.” Breathe and be at peace.
Repeat this technique for clearing energy daily until you feel relaxed and at peace. You can use it for a tune up whenever you need balance in your life. Clearing energy changes all aspects of your life for the greater good.
