Spiritual growth is a process. Opening your spiritual awareness releases your emotional pain and breaks through your past limitations. The process of spiritual growth is about going through peaks and valleys. The peaks are times of acceptance, peace and understanding. The valleys are times of significant changes and occurrences in your life. It doesn’t always feel comfortable, but these significant changes and occurrences are important in your spiritual growth process.

Spiritual growth happens every day in every way. Everything that happens in your life is teaching you about The Loving Universe. The Loving Universe is constantly at work in your life and inseparable from all you do, feel and in all your actions, whether routine or exceptional. Spiritual growth happens in the peaks and valleys of your daily life, and is your pathway to enlightenment.
