Practicing Detachment

Practicing detachment will bring you peace and calm. Detachment allows for clarity and helps create energetic balance. Your thoughts and emotions are your creations. Accept them. Then, detach yourself from them to better understand yourself  and become more peaceful in your life.
To move through and learn from your pain, accept it as part of life and practice detachment. Being in a space of peace and calm comes from understanding and accepting your emotional responses. When something in your life is not in balance, you are the one who shifts the energy. Detachment is about becoming an observer of, rather than a participator in, your emotional responses. Take a step back and practice detachment. Observe your feelings, thoughts and responses, rather than being taken over by them. Practicing detachment will help you move into balance.
