Coping With Life Changes
Change is a sacred process that leads to transformation. Accepting life changes, particularly when they are unexpected or don’t feel good, is challenging. Yet change is a spiritual challenge that requires you to trust in the process of life and move forward on your path in the physical world.
Life Changes are meant to be lived as a sacred process that bring in spiritual transformation. All levels of change, whether slight or disruptive, connect you with your life as a spiritual process. You are a spiritual being in human form. Through change you learn to heal from fear, pain and anxiety, the emotions that separate you from loving and accepting yourself as a spiritual being in human form.
Life changes can bring forth fear of the unknown and loss of control. The lesson to be learned is one in trust. Sometimes you need to surrender to something far greater than your individual power and identity. On a spiritual level, everything happens for a reason that you may not understand in the moment. Whatever happens to you is an opportunity for spiritual growth. Even though not all your life experiences feel good at the time, they will have a positive resolution. There is spiritual value in all your experiences, even the ones that are painful. Resisting life changes creates more fear and pain. Learning from life changes produces desirable outcomes. Trust in the process of life and you will find the peace you seek. Allow the loving energy of the universe to flow through you and support you.
