Being in Oneness
Being in oneness is a simple spiritual concept. Humans tend to focus on differences rather than unity. From a spiritual perspective, universal oneness is the link between all energies. Everyone and everything is interconnected. When broken down, or expanded, everything is composed of the same stuff. Every living creature and every aspect of creation, is made of energy. You may not see it, but the energy is there. Everything is fundamentally composed of energetic particles. You are no different. Recognizing this common thread that runs through everything is being in oneness.
You are part of everything and everything is part of you. Separation comes from your mind. Universal oneness comes from your spirit. The material of the cosmos is within you. You share an energetic connection with all life. You and the earth are made of the same stuff: the trees; the animals; the air; the water; the dirt. Honoring and recognizing universal oneness, brings into your awareness the sacredness of all life and all creation, as one shared spiritual energy. To focus on being in oneness, say “I am one with all creation.” Being in oneness is your true spiritual nature.
