Working With Sacred Earth Elements

Working with sacred earth elements can help you gain clarity about your life and overcome your challenges. There are 5 sacred elements associated with planet Earth. These are earth, air, fire, water and spirit. Individually they represent a specific aspect of your life. The element of earth represents your environment, your home and the people around you. Air represents your thought processes, how you tend to think. Fire is about your lessons and challenges. Your emotions are represented by water. And Spirit is the element of the nonphysical part of your life.

When you are facing challenges in your life, or feeling uncertain about what to do, working with sacred earth elements is a powerful tool to assist you. Go someplace where you are not likely to be disturbed and place your hands over your heart chakra. Ask The Loving Universe to connect you with all of the sacred earth elements, earth, air, fire, water and spirit. Go deep within and check to see if anything is out of balance in your environment. If something comes to your attention, ask to peacefully and harmoniously release any and all blockages in this area. Move on to the rest of the sacred earth elements one at a time and repeat the process. For air, ask if anything is out of balance in your thought processes and ask to release any blockages.  For fire, ask if what your lessons and challenges are and how you can move through them. Water involves asking about your emotional blockages and addressing them. Instead of asking anything, when you get to spirit, peacefully surrender to The Loving Universe. Working with sacred earth elements will help you move forward empowered on your life path.
