Living Your Truth

Living your truth can be challenging when there is so much dishonesty going on and lying has become an accepted way to communicate. You cannot make others be truthful, but you can open yourself to your truth and spend your life living your truth.

Living your truth guides decisions in your life. Seek your truth. It belongs only to you. Your truth is guided by your spirit. Do not let fear get in the way. When you speak and come from your truth, others may not understand or may even reject your ideas and beliefs. Rejection and misunderstanding are part of life. When someone rejects your truth, it is probably because they don’t understand living in your truth.

Living in your truth is acceptance of your spirit’s voice. It means defining and following your life mission in your own unique way. Accept your life with all the struggles and lessons as the way you learn your truth.

Remember the challenges you have faced, how you worked through them and what you learned. What experiences in your life are closing down or moving away from you? What did they teach you? Living your truth means being honest with yourself, facing all your life experiences and learning from them. Living your truth is about accepting your spirit’s voice and becoming aware of deep spiritual currents in your life. To thine own self be true.
