Judgment of Others From A Spiritual Perspective

Judgment of others lowers your energy vibration.  When you find yourself in judgment of others, shift the energy from being judgmental to being loving. This does not mean loving what a person (or persons) chooses to do. It means being loving even when you disagree.  Even though someone may be acting in a way you find unacceptable, instead of falling into a pattern of judgment of others, create a new way of responding.

Your new way of responding when you are in judgment of others is with love. If you disagree with what government officials are doing, take action by voting or contacting them, but also send them love on a soul level. Soul to soul send love. Love is not bound by the limitations of life in the third dimension. Love knows no boundaries. Everything in the universe is based on love, even though whatever is going on does not appear loving on the surface, spiritually all is love. Love is always growing. The more love you send out, the more it expands.  People who make choices that are not based on love need loving support. Even if they choose not to accept this support in the third dimensional world, on a soul level they are receiving it  

When you are aware that you are in judgment of others, take a deep breath and exhale the judgmental energy. Ask that it be returned to its original loving form. Send love, light, and healing energy, soul to soul to those involved.  Judgment is part of human experience, so send love to the part of you that creates it. You are a human being in spiritual form and all your human experiences are lessons in love.  Shift judgment of others into a soul to soul spiritually focused response.
