Everyday Miracles

Miracles can be intense, or everyday miracles can be found in daily life. We have been trained to see miracles as unexpected, supernatural occurrences like near death experiences or surviving a disaster despite the odds. Often we forget that spiritual miracles happen daily. Viewing a spectacular sunrise can be a miracle.  Watching a baby explore the environment is observing something miraculous.  Any experience that brings forth a sense of the interconnection of your life with Spirit, and an appreciation for life counts as a miracle. Take a moment to remember something seemingly small, yet wondrous, that happened in your life and bring back the sense of how you felt. This is the nature of spiritual miracles. Everyday miracles are not about what happened. They are about how you felt, the joy, the love, the awe. They are spiritual experiences interlaced with daily life. Becoming aware of everyday miracles promotes your spiritual growth.
