Universal Love
With so much happening in the world, being grounded can be challenging. Retailers are trying to influence you to buy goods. Prices are going up on almost everything. A presidential election is coming up. Emotions are running high. Shifts are rapidly happening.
Being in a space of Universal Love takes commitment. What can you do when you feel unsettled by all the commotion? Stop and take a deep, cleansing breath. Remind yourself the world is not coming to an end in this moment. Energies of distrust and negativity are intentionally being spread by those who want to manipulate and control people. These are lower vibrational energies. Higher vibrational energies expand Universal Love. Those of us, who are spiritually focused, work on a spiritual level to raise the vibration of our planet and the entire third dimension and beyond. Each working in their own way combines and expands our collective energies. These collective energies come from Love and are constantly expanding Universal Love.
When there is unrest from the personal to the global level, humans struggle and the energies are lower. Peace and calm raise vibrational energy. Every person who spreads Universal Love raises vibrational energy. When troubles come you way, remind yourself they are temporary. They will pass. Place your feet firmly on the ground, or the floor, and focus on being in a space of Love during your challenges. Close your eyes. Place your hands over your heart chakra. Take a deep breath and say “I am higher vibration. I am one with all creation. I am Love.” You are part of something far greater than yourself. You are Universal Love.
